Utah trip

This past weekend I went home to Utah. I left on Wed. and got back Sunday. It was a short trip but so much fun. I went without the kiddos and while I missed them, I have to admit that as I watched all my siblings coral their children all weekend, I was relieved not to be in the same situation. I really wished the kids could have gotten to play with their cousins but I had a great time just hanging out with my family.

Tonight my sister flies in from Utah followed by Mike's sister and her family on Friday. So, we will have lots of fun this next week and lots of pictures to follow so I better get the documenting of my trip to Utah underway before there is more to do. The pictures are all in the wrong order so just start with the last pictures first.

We went to the OQuirrh Temple open house. It was beautiful and nice to be in the temple with my family.

Gillian married Kevin Molhman, who is a brother to Steven Molhman. Steven and Sherese used to be in my married BYU ward. Aren't the such a cute family?

Part of the family

All the cousins loved each other and got along very well.
After the wedding we went and dipped strawberries in chocolate. Lindsey's kids really wanted some. They are some seriously cute kids.

The family all together for the first time in six years.
The night before the wedding we had a dinner. I also got to see some roommates and a good friend from Oklahoma while in Utah. It was a great trip. I missed the boys and Mikey but I'm glad I got to go and see all my family.

I love the picture of Gillian and Ammon dancing! I can't believe that she is already married--seriously, where has the time gone?

You look fantastic, seriously. I really wish that I could have seen you. The day you all got together for lunch I could barely keep my eyes open and my nose dry. I didn't want to pass the miserable cold onto anyone else, but I really missed seeing you.

I'm glad that you had such a great time. And, welcome back to your kiddos!
