Signs of spring

It has been cloudy here for about three weeks with only a few breaks of sun. The weather has been warm though so we can't complain too much. The Utah fam is getting hit with snow today and we are having severe weather throughout the next few days (although, I doubt we will really have any problems). Anyway, we thought with all the yucky weather we would post pictures of all the beautiful spring happenings. The picture of the grass is of the grass we planted that is growing.

Wow, those are really pretty!
The big viney thing isn't ours. It is our neighbors but is just on their side of the grass. It is beautiful!

We had our tulips come up, but then it snowed on them. We are anxious to see some color in our yard, tool.

Do you still have those beautiful blossoms or did the nasty weather trash the bushes? I think we can pretty much count on apricots and possibly some cherry crops lost after this storm. It was cold this morning so I'm certain that we will lose our apricots. The tree was in full bloom. Sad!
At least it has stopped raining/hailing/snowing and we're hoping for better weather.
How long was your power out? Did you ever have to go down into your storm shelter last night?
Mom
Our power was out for about three hours. We ate our dinner in the dark and then after awhile got tired of sitting in the dark with candles so we went to Walmart and walked around. We got tons of rain and lightning/thunder but the tornado only hit the North Oklahoma City and then one also hit somewhere else I think. I'm not sure exactly how many there were.
