Chicken Soup

This is the best soup in the world.

Boil 4 chicken breasts with water and 1 tsp. salt. Add to the juice of the chicken and the water it was cooked in: 1 chopped onion and 1/2 C. chopped celery. It tastes best if the two are sauteed in butter first. Then grate or finely chop as many potatoes as you wish to have in the soup and the same with the carrots. Grate or finely chop. Add these to the juice with the onion and celery. Also add 1 cube chicken bullion, 1/2 tsp. garlic (or one fresh garlic clove)and 1 tsp. salt. Cook until potatoes and carrots are done then add 1 can cream of chicken soup. Stir with wire whip until smooth. At the last, just before serving, add 1 C. sour cream to mixture and blend until smooth.

Finally, enjoy
