S'Mores Dessert Squares

We had the missionairies over last night and made this dessert for the first time. It was good and interesting at the same time. I wouldn't say it was my favorite but it is a fun dessert all the same. I'm not supposed to be eating sweets right now though anyway....it's too tempting not too!

64 Nilla Wafers
5 Tbs. butter, melted
3 Tbs. sugar
3 1/4 cup cold milk
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Chocolate flavor instant Pudding mix
2 pkg. " " White Chocolate flavor instant pudding mix
1 1/2 cups thawed cool whip
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 square Baker's semi-sweet baking chocolate, grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Finely crush 40 of the wafers; place in medium bowl. Add butter and sugar; mix until blended well and then press firmly into a 9x13-inch pan. Bake 8 minutes; set aside

Pour 1 1/4 cups milk into medium bowl. Add chocolate pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk for 2 min. or until well blended. Spread over crust; top with remaining wafers. Pour remaining 2 cups milk into large bowl. Add white chocolate pudding mixes. Mix for two minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in whip topping. Spread over wafer layer in pan. Refrigerate at least three hours or until set.
