The 4th of July

We had no plans for the 4th of July.  I started thinking about how much I wanted to spend the holidays with family.  We had appointments and work and all kinds of other things scheduled for the week of and week after so I debated if it was worth a trip to Utah and back with such a small amount of time to spend there.  In the end, I decided that I really wanted the girls to have a fun holiday and I wanted them to have memories with family and also, I don't know if they will move us again soon so I wanted to take the opportunity to spend time with family while we could.  It was a really quick trip but it was totally worth it.  The girls are awesome roadtrippers and they loved being with cousins and Aunt and Uncles.  It made me so happy.  I knew I was missing family and celebrating with people I loved but didn't realize how much I needed it until I was there.  We packed in so much fun-Jess and Jen know how to celebrate!
