Soccer (and the park)

The girls played soccer again this year.  I've mentioned it last time they played, but there is a lady in our ward who teaches P.E. and she offers twice a year to teach soccer to the kids pre-k to second grade.  This was Felicity's first year.  We participated in the Fall and last year as well but because of Covid, the season was shortened.  It's a small group and perfect for the girls.  My boys never really got into soccer but both girls really like it.  Piper hopes we can find a team she can play on in Tokyo and I'd love to see her keep playing.  She played a season in TN and hated it.  She was so scared and timid and still has a tiny bit of that in her but she is getting more and more comfortable in front of the ball and on the field.  She enjoys playing goalie and towers over the other players. I feel really grateful that we have had this opportunity to have the girls play soccer in a small and non-pressure environment.
