Thanksgiving Richards' style






Our Thanksgiving was nice. It wasn't perfect because we were without family but it was nice to be together and eat a great dinner. We painted our living room (before and after pictures to follow later) and went on a nice walk and I didn't even feel stuffed after we ate. I just have to ask, "Isn't that the cutest diry face you've ever seen?!"

I think Elijah must have summed up what most of us felt after a great Thanksgiving dinner -- umm, umm, good!
I'm glad you had a nice day. I always miss my kids on Thanksgiving more than any other holiday. Can't wait to see the pictures of your living room. And I also can't believe that you were so daring as to let the boys loose with paint brushes and rollers! I'm impressed!

We let the girls help us (well, actually Jess let them...he's the nice one when it comes to stuff like that!) when we painted our family room and they loved it! We had already ripped up the carpet, so it didn't matter if they got it on the floor. It was fun, but now they think they should always be able to help us paint!
